Professional training for young people and Dissemination of innovations
As already pointed by many International Organisations, professional training for young people and the dissemination of innovations play an irreplaceable role in the development of employment opportunities in rural areas.
Digitalization
Digitalization is a strategic tool for the development of family agriculture oriented towards an economic, social and environmental sustainability and for the creation of business networks capable of increasing the recognition of agricultural value in the markets.
Entrepreneurship
We look at the agricultural company as a guide for the process of sustainable and lasting development. Small and medium-sized family businesses, market-oriented and rooted in the territory, are the building blocks for the creation of a virtuous network of family, social and economic relations able to promote conscious and lasting growth. The Italian experience has taught us that thanks to the passage from the condition of workers and farmhands to small farmers, in the real availability of cultivated land, the productive fabric of the country has achieved a real improvement.
Agricultural associations
As an expression of the CIA-Italian Farmers, AèV believes it is essential to support the development of local Farmers’associations capable of: promoting agricultural modernization through training and technical assistance services, representing the needs and demands of its members, actively participating in local decision-making processes.
